John Cena still not cleared to wrestle yet?

Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio is reporting Cena did not appear on WWE Raw last night because he might not actually be cleared for a full-time return to the ring. He might have been healthy enough to do the segment with The Wyatt Family and The Rock at WrestleMania 32, but backstage talk is that he is not yet ready for a full-time in ring return.
