John Cena claimed in an interview that he has been cleared to return to the ring, and was just waiting for the call from WWE to return. However, the Cenation leader was not actually fully cleared to return to the ring. He was just healthy enough to get clearance to participate in the angle with The Rock and The Wyatt Family at Mania.
Sources say that Cena’s status is that he will be fully cleared to return to the ring in May, but not likely in time for Payback on May 1st.
